Session Plan

Each 1 to 1 session is created on the athlete's abilities based on: age, technical and tactical skills and role on the pitch. I always start from the player's technique to develop it and insert it into actual game situations. Each session is structured in phases with specific objectives: 1: Ball mastery and individual technique; 2: Individual technique and tactics applied to communication with other players: 3: Technical feints and body feints; 4: Development of skills trained within 1v1.
