Yes — there is a one-off placement fee of £9.95 for your first booking with a new coach on the platform. This fee helps us maintain a network of verified, qualified and experienced coaches and supports the running of the platform. It is charged once per new coach relationship — not on every session. Payment is processed securely via Stripe — your card details are encrypted and never stored on the Coachability platform. Nothing is taken until the coach accepts the booking request.
