It's important to remember why we require all training sessions to be booked and scheduled through Coachability:
New clients may not have a complete understanding of the Coachability platform. As our trusted partners, we rely on you to help guide them through the process effectively. Communication is crucial in this regard.
Coaches with frequent repeat bookings, prompt responses to initial enquiries, and a high conversion rate from enquiries to bookings will gain enhanced visibility on the platform, as well as on social media and other channels. Consequently, it's no surprise that these coaches receive Gold tier status and attract significantly more bookings.

- Reply to client messages within 48 hrs
- Respond to Booking Requests within 24 hours ("Accept" or "Decline")
- Contact clients promptly upon confirmation of booking
- Show up on time (or early) for scheduled sessions
- Come to session prepared with all necessary equipment
- Maintain active communication with clients who have booked sessions
- Keep availability and location up to date
- Provide clients with at least 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation
For the safety and integrity of our community, we do not allow:
- Exchange of contact information before a booking takes place
- Accepting payment from Coachability clients outside of the Coachability platform
- Encouraging Coachability clients to book sessions with you outside of Coachability
- Unprofessional communication or behaviour
- Falsification of personal information
- Providing a client experience that falls short of Coachability standards
