Session Plan

My session will firstly cater towards the ability and areas the player wishes to develop. The session will consist of ball mastery as a warm up or SAQ (speed, agility & quickness) related activities to prepare the player for the session. Within my session I like to allow freedom for the players to express themselves and to encourage creativity with the ball at their feet.
