What happens once I have requested to book a coach

Once you have placed a 'Booking Request' with your chosen coach they will 'Accept' or 'Decline' the booking and contact you to begin planning the training within 24 hours. If for some reason they haven't replied to your booking request or declined the booking please contact the Coachability support team who will assist you in making contact with the coach or recommend another coach. 

Where do training sessions take place?

Under the coaches profile it shows where the coach is based and a radius of where they provide coaching. The coach will have at least one location where they train players, in some cases two or three locations for you to choose from.

Can I ask the coach a question before booking?

If your interested in booking a session with a coach but would like to ask them a specific question first then you can send them a message via their profile page.
