We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and attempt to provide additional notice by sending an email to the address associated with your account or through our Services. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy whenever you access or use our Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.
1. Collection of Information
Information you provide directly to us
The types of information we may collect include:
- Account Information, such as your name, email address, password, age, gender, postal address, phone number, photos, bio and any other information you choose to provide.
- Training Information, such as the sports and positions you play or coach, time and duration of training and training location.
- Transaction Information, such as the coaching services you purchase or offer for sale through our Services. We may also collect and store limited payment information from you, such as payment card type and expiration date and the last four digits of your payment card number; however, we do not collect or store full payment card numbers and all transactions are processed by our third-party payment processor. If you offer services for sale through our Services, we will also collect your bank account information.
- Information About Others, such as photos of users receiving coaching services and the names, email addresses and other information about individuals you invite to use our Services, register to receive coaching services or authorise to receive notifications.
- Other Information You Choose to Provide, such as when you participate in a survey, contest, promotion, request technical or customer support, communicate with us via third-party social media services or otherwise communicate with us.
Information we collect automatically when you use the Services
When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including:
- Log Information — we collect log information about your access to and use of our Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our Services.
- Device Information — we collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.
- Location Information — with your consent (e.g. if you permit your mobile device to send us your latitude and longitude), we will collect location information when you access or use our Services and, if permitted by your device settings, in the "background" (i.e. at times when you are not directly using our Services). Coachability is based in the United Kingdom, and the information we collect is governed by UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where we rely on your consent to process information (for example, location data or marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time as described in "Your Choices" below.
4. Advertising & Analytics
Where we work with third-party advertising or analytics partners, those partners may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Services and other applications and websites, including your IP address, web browser, device type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used to analyse and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other applications and websites, and better understand your online activity.

5. Children's Personal Data
Our Services are intended for use by adults booking coaching sessions, including on behalf of children. Registering an account and booking Coaching Services through the Platform requires the account holder to be 18 years of age or older.
Where an account holder books a session for a player under 18, we may collect limited personal data about that player (such as their name, age and training information) from the account holder, in order to arrange and deliver the session. The account holder is responsible for the accuracy of that information and for exercising, on the player's behalf, any of the rights described in "Your Data Protection Rights" below.
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register their own account. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data other than through an account holder as described above, please contact us using the details in "Contact Us" below so we can address it.
6. International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may transfer, store and process your information outside the United Kingdom. Where we do so, we take steps to ensure your information receives an appropriate level of protection, such as relying on a UK adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses), or another lawful transfer mechanism recognised under UK data protection law.

8. Your Choices
Account Closure
To close your account, please contact us via [email protected] or call 020 8087 3542. Once your request is received, we will process the closure within 2 business days. Please note that we may retain certain data for legal or business purposes, and any outstanding balances must be settled before account closure.
Account Information
You may access, update or correct information about you at any time by accessing your account dashboard. You may also request that we erase your personal data, subject to the exceptions described in "Your Data Protection Rights" above, by contacting us using the details in "Contact Us" below.
Cookies and Web Storage
