This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Coachability Group ("Coachability," "we," "us" or "our") when you access or use our website and other online products and services (collectively, our "Services") or when you otherwise interact with us. ​ We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and attempt to provide additional notice by sending an email to the address associated with your account or through our Services. ​ We collect information you provide directly to us. The types of information we may collect include: 

Account Information, such as your name, email address, password, age, gender, postal address, phone number, photos, bio and any other information you choose to provide.

Training Information, such as the sports and positions you play or coach, time and duration of training and training location. 

Transaction Information, such as the coaching services you purchase or offer for sale through our Services. We may also collect and store limited payment information from you, such as payment card type and expiration date and the last four digits of your payment card number; however, we do not collect or store full payment card numbers and all transactions are processed by our third party payment processor. If you offer services for sale through our Services, we will also collect your bank account information. 

Information About Others, such as photos of users receiving coaching services and the names, email addresses and other information about individuals you invite to use our Services, register to receiving coaching services or authorise to receive notifications.

Other Information You Choose to Provide, such as when you participate in a survey, contest, promotion, request technical or customer support, communicate with us via third-party social media services or otherwise communicate with us.  

Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Services.

​ When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including: Log Information: We collect log information about your access to and use of our Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our Services. 

Device Information: We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information. Location Information: With your consent (e.g. if you permit your mobile device to send us your latitude and longitude), we will collect location information when you access or use our Services and, if permitted by your device settings, in the "background" (i.e. at times when you are not directly using our Services). CoachUp is based in the United Kingdom and the information we collect is governed by UK law. By accessing or using our Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the UK and other countries. ​


 We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy: ​ With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work or perform services on our behalf; When you create a profile, participate in the interactive areas of our Services or interact with us on third-party social media sites, certain information that you provide may be displayed publicly, such as your name, profile photo and other information you choose to provide; In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, rule, regulation or legal process; If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Coachability or others; In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company; Between and among Coachability and any current or future parent, subsidiary and/or affiliated company; and With your consent or at your direction. We may allow others to serve advertisements on our behalf and provide analytics services. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Services and other applications and websites, including your IP address, web browser, device type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information.
