As a UEFA C licensed football coach, I’m passionate about helping children develop not just as players, but as confident, well-rounded individuals. Session Plan
Typical 1-on-1 Training Session (60 minutes) 1. Warm-Up & Activation (10 mins) • Dynamic stretching & mobility drills • Ball mastery exercises (close control, quick touches) • Reaction-based drills to improve sharpness 2. Technical Drills (20 mins) • Passing & First Touch: Drills to improve control and ball distribution • Dribbling & 1v1 Skills: Developing confidence under pressure • Shooting & Finishing: Striking techniques & composure in front of goal 3. Game-Specific Training (20 mins) • Scenario-based drills tailored to the player’s position (e.g., winger drills, striker finishing, defender 1v1s) • Speed & agility training for better movement on the pitch • Tactical awareness coaching (decision-making under pressure) 4. Cool Down & Feedback (10 mins) • Light jogging & static stretching to aid recovery • Discussion on session takeaways & individual improvement areas • Goal-setting for future sessions Custom Training Every session is tailored to the player’s strengths, weaknesses, and goals to ensure maximum improvement.
