Session Plan

- Structured and progressive training sessions to further enhance players strengths and develop improvement areas. - Emphasis on match-realism and intensity*. 'Train like you Play' (e.g. high intensity sprints with + without the ball for fullbacks / e.g. second ball reaction saves for goalkeepers). - High-level learning environment; a mix of hard-work, enjoyment, and mistake encouraged training, with lots of detail and coaching points. *Fun non-intense sessions also available.
