Coaching Experience

Hi, I’m Filipe – Your Personal Football Coach I’ve been coaching across academy and grassroots football since 2013, working with players from ages 5 to 16. My coaching journey includes: CS Marítimo Academy (2013–2015): Intern Coach, working with players aged (8-12) Game Sense United (2018–2023): Lead Coach, working with players aged 5–16 Wittering United (2024–Present): Assistant Manager, Open Age I currently hold a FA Level 1 Coaching qualification, and I’m actively working towards my UEFA C License. I'm also in my second year of a Sports Coaching degree, which is helping me bring the latest coaching methods and player development strategies into every session. Whether your goal is to improve technical skills, game understanding, or confidence on the pitch, I’d love to support you on your football journey!

Session Plan

A session with me is all about hard work, learning, and having fun. I focus on developing each player’s technical skills, game awareness, and tactical understanding in a way that’s tailored to their needs and goals. Sessions are intense but rewarding, using progressive drills and realistic game scenarios to build confidence, decision-making, and overall performance. Players leave feeling challenged, motivated, and better every time they step on the pitch.
