Including a few 1-2-1 sessions with some talented ladies at Port Vale FC. I welcome all from age 5 to adults.

All sessions are designed around my ‘FJH’ formula. Freedom Joy & Happiness. Every individual is different and therefore Training will be tailored Depending on the goals of the individual.
