Session Plan
The first session focuses on an initial assessment of your child’s movement competency, ensuring we understand how well they move. From there, your son or daughter will receive expert coaching aimed at improving their strength, speed, power, and overall athletic development. Football sessions are tailored to each individual, focusing on key areas such as ball manipulation, technical skills, and coordination to enhance football performance. I believe in the importance of creating realistic match scenarios in 1-on-1 sessions, allowing for direct application and faster improvement. For clients recovering from injuries, I offer specialized rehabilitation packages. Whether it’s an ACL, hamstring, or ankle injury, I’m here to help them regain strength, fitness, and confidence, ultimately enabling them to return to their sport stronger than before.
