Coachability charges a platform commission on certain bookings made through the platform. How much you pay depends on your coach status and how many sessions you've completed with a given client.
Commission Structure
Commission is calculated per client, based on how many sessions you've completed with them through Coachability, and on your current coach status.
Standard Status Coaches

| 1st session | 50% |
| 2nd session | 25% |
| 3rd session | 20% |
From the 4th session onward, no further commission applies, and there's no requirement to book that session or any after it through Coachability. But if you choose to, a 5% payment processing fee is deducted from the total session price before your balance is paid, to cover transaction and payment processing costs. Recommend & Pro Status Coaches

Where a coaching session is booked using a Coachability gift card, a different commission structure applies, regardless of coach status:

Pathway: Standard to Recommend Status
Recommend status is earned through consistent performance — things like fast response times, high booking completion, low cancellations and strong customer ratings.
