We’ve introduced a progression-based earnings structure for non-recommended status coaches on the platform.
Verified coaches will be charged a 20% commission on their second session. Once a coach demonstrates they can consistently meet the required standards, they will move to Recommended Coach status and benefit from improved earnings.
This approach helps maintain high standards across the platform, while rewarding coaches who deliver a great experience for players and parents.

A key indicator of this is whether a player chooses to book a second session with you.

👉 Coaches who consistently generate repeat bookings tend to receive more enquiries and progress faster on the platform
👉 New coaches within their first 30 days, or until 4 enquiries have been received, are in an initial onboarding phase.
There is no fixed limit on enquiries during this time. Performance is assessed across key areas to support progression and increased visibility on the platform.
