Message your coach first

Before booking, we recommend sending the coach a message. Introduce yourself, tell them about the player's age and goals, and ask any questions you have about sessions, location or availability.

Messaging first is an important step. It allows the coach to confirm availability and agree logistics, and gives you the chance to check they're the right fit. Booking without making contact first often results in the request being declined.

Coaches reply within 24 hours

All Coachability coaches aim to respond to messages within 24 hours. Most reply much sooner — but if you've sent a message, give it up to a day before following up. If you don't hear back, don't worry — simply message another coach.

When your coach first replies you'll receive both a text and email notification — after that, email only. Check your junk or spam folder if you're not seeing notifications as these can sometimes be blocked by your email provider.

Book once you're happy

When you're ready, click Book Now and pay securely via Stripe — your card details are encrypted and never stored on our platform. Once the coach accepts and you've agreed the details between you, your session is confirmed.

When you book, it's called a booking request. Your bank holds the funds but nothing is taken until the coach accepts. If they decline or don't respond, the funds are released back to you automatically. Contact details are only shared once the coach has accepted the booking.
